Tier 1
ID Verified
Photo ID, proof of address, property photos and a signed declaration, all checked by our team before any listing goes live.
Tier 2
Video Assessed
Everything in ID Verified, plus a live video walkthrough of the home and an interview with the host.
Tier 3
Home Visited
Everything in Video Assessed, plus an in-person visit by one of our assessors.
How booking works

Browse and enquire
Pick a host you like, or tell us what you need and we'll suggest options. Guests are adults (18+).

We confirm your match
A real person checks availability with the host and confirms the details before you pay anything.

Pay with protection
Pay securely by card. The host isn't paid until 48 hours after you check in, so there's recourse if something isn't right.
